Welcome to our Bespoke Yoga & Rejuvenation Retreat!
Join the yoga & meditation retreat surrounded by picturesque natural beauty & serene ambiance to reconnect with your soul! If you want to recharge your body, mind, and spirit, we have a 7-day retreat starting with energizing yoga flows and ending with soothing meditation sessions. In the interim, you can indulge in three days of centuries-old Ayurvedic spa treatments on 100 acres health & yoga center or try horseback riding.
India is known for its biodiversity, making it an ideal place to reconnect with nature. Throughout the week, there will be exploration of the five elements – fire, water, wind, earth and space – believed to make up the living world. Each day will be devoted to one element, and activities such as learning, expressing, and alchemizing are intended to create equilibrium between doing and being.
Our sessions also emphasize on exploring personal edges and aids in synergetic approach for rest & play.
